Rescue Ranch recently promoted Nici Bailey to partnerships and donor relations manager and hired Whitney Langley as events and community relations manager.

Since 2024, Bailey has worked as development and volunteer coordinator for the Ranch and previously served as a volunteer with her daughter. She also has worked as a project and operations manager in the construction and nonprofit industries.

In her new role at Rescue Ranch, Bailey will manage annual campaigns, donor stewardship, the Ranch’s Memorial Garden and grant activity that sustain operations and programs.

"Rescue Ranch has been more than a workplace for me, it's a mission I've been proud to grow alongside,” said Bailey. “I'm excited to build partnerships that help create even more opportunities for both people and animals to thrive.”

Langley joins the Ranch from Southern Distilling Company, where she served as tasting room manager. She also has a background in the medical field. In her new role at the Ranch, Langley will manage volunteers, coordinate and manage the nonprofit’s signature events and work with community partners on third-party events benefiting the Ranch.

“I've always been an animal lover, so getting to come to work each day and be a voice for animals who can't speak for themselves means the world to me,” said Langley. “Knowing we're helping give them the love, care, and second chances they deserve is what makes every day at Rescue Ranch so rewarding.”

“We’re thrilled to see Nici step into this important role at the Ranch,” said Michelle Hepler, Rescue Ranch executive director. “She understands our mission, our supporters and the relationships that make our work possible. Her background in relationship building, customer service and project management, combined with her years of hands-on experience at Rescue Ranch, make her the right person to lead partnerships and donor relations as we continue to grow our impact.”

“Whitney brings energy, creativity and a genuine love for animals to a role that is central to how we connect with the community,” Hepler said. “Her experience in hospitality, event coordination and customer service will help us create meaningful experiences for guests, volunteers and supporters while advancing our mission to promote humane education and responsible pet ownership.”

Rescue Ranch is a nonprofit that promotes respect for all animals through education; is committed to agricultural, environmental and wildlife conservation; and facilitates rehabilitation, rescue and responsible pet ownership to enhance the human-animal bond.
