Meet Dante, Animal Ambassador

Dante is one of our ball pythons and is one of the most handsome boys! He came to us when his family was downsizing. Dante was their most social snake and they thought he would thrive in a place like the Ranch where he could be around people. He is a very curious snake and one of the staff's favorites.

When the weather is nice and warm, Dante loves to go outside and sunbathe (supervised of course) and sometimes will even enjoy a dip in the water. He spends a lot of his time exploring in his enclosure and has been a great ambassador for his species!

Dante turned 14 years old in February of 2024! He is retired from programs due to some changes in his health that are being monitored, but you can still say hello to him when you come to the Ranch!
