• Cleaning & sanitization of animal ambassador enclosures
• Mucking of stalls & raking of fields
• Ensuring all animal ambassadors have fresh water & diets
• Socialization
• Animal Enrichment
• Animal Care is broken into two parts: Inside and Outside animals.
• To volunteer with animals, you must complete at least 3 trainings after your orientation.

Volunteer opportunities include:

• Assist with events at the Ranch and offsite events
• Event setup and tear down, selling merchandise, handing out feed for the animals, assisting with animal presentations, monitoring the barnyard animals and more. ​
  

Have children that need volunteer hours? Want to volunteer but can't commit to the full program? Come to a Rescue Ranch Project Workday! These days will include gardening, crafting, event prep, seasonal décor setup and more!  You do not have to attend a volunteer orientation to sign up for Project Work Days so that means you can bring your family or friends to come help! Workdays are suitable for ages 12 yrs or older. Ages 12-15 must have a parent/guardian on site. 

Rescue Ranch loves to host community service or Give Back Days for local businesses, civic, social, church and athletic groups! We have lots of volunteer projects in our Idea Bank to help your group choose a project that suits your skill set.

Volunteer groups can also donate the cost of materials or other items necessary to complete projects.
