Yoga & Coffee at Rescue Ranch

Free gentle yoga and stretch class taught by Kim Shaffer of Tejas Yoga Lab of Cornelius.

• Date:  Thursday, February 1st
• Time:  8:00 am, followed by coffee at 9:00 am
• Where:  Rescue Ranch, 1424 Turnersburg Hwy, Statesville 
• What to bring: mat, towel, and water bottle
• Cost: FREE - and includes coffee after class (donations are welcome!!)

Kim is an avid Volunteer at Rescue Ranch and teaches regular classes at Tejas Yoga Lab in Cornelius.  All proceeds from her Wednesday classes (4:30 pm) during the month of February at her studio located at 19911 N Cove Rd Unit C, Cornelius, NC 28031 are going to be donated to the Ranch and Tejas has agreed to match up to $500 in support!
