Rescue Ranch Raises more than $100,000 in funds at Annual Charity Dinner!

Rescue Ranch recently hosted its annual charity dinner, Boots, Buckles and Bourbon, which drew a remarkable crowd of over 300 supporters.  Sponsored by Outback Steakhouse, this event proved to be an unforgettable evening filled with great food, spirits, and successful fundraising efforts.

Taking place at the picturesque venue, The Preserve at Southern Distilling, the event provided guests with unique opportunities to delve into the impactful work undertaken by Rescue Ranch within the Statesville, NC community and beyond. Several of the beloved Animal Ambassadors from the Ranch made a special appearance, allowing attendees to interact with and get to know these remarkable creatures.

The evening was not only about enjoying good food and great company; it was also an opportunity for guests to channel their competitive spirit. The silent auction featured more than 50 one-of-a-kind items up for bidding, while additional fundraising activities, such as a bourbon raffle and wine pull, added excitement and contributed to the overall cause.

Larry Sprinkle, the charismatic event emcee, passionately urged attendees to join forces and help raise a staggering sum of over $100,000. These funds were earmarked for various critical initiatives, including the expansion of shade facilities at the inclusive playground, providing essential veterinary care for the cherished animal ambassadors, and offering scholarships to underserved children, enabling them to experience the wonders of critter camp.
