Yoga at the Ranch

Gentle flow yoga and stretch class taught by Kim Shaffer of Tejas Yoga Lab of Cornelius.

• Time:  8:00 - 9:00am
• Where:  Rescue Ranch, 1424 Turnersburg Hwy, Statesville 
• What to bring: mat, towel, and water bottle
• Cost: $5 per person, Veteran discount available

Kim is an avid Volunteer at Rescue Ranch and teaches regular classes at Tejas Yoga Lab in Cornelius.  All proceeds from her Wednesday classes (4:30 pm) during the month of February at her studio located at 19911 N Cove Rd Unit C, Cornelius, NC 28031 are going to be donated to the Ranch and Tejas has agreed to match up to $500 in support!
