LGI Homes Service Impact Day at Rescue Ranch

Last Updated 5/15/2023Posted in Events, Homepage

We are still in awe of the incredible impact made by the more than 40 employees from LGI Homes who came out for their Service Impact Day at Rescue Ranch. It was an absolute pleasure to work with such a motivated and hardworking team, who were dedicated to making a positive impact in our community.

The LGI Homes team worked tirelessly throughout the day to complete a range of projects, from renovating our bird aviary, to extending and more than doubling our tortoise enclosure. They also constructed a shelter for the goat barn to provide shade or coverage for the rain, built a door in the goat barn, added supports to existing structures, and even made cozy fleece blankets for our indoor animal enclosures.

Their efforts have truly transformed our facilities and improved the lives of the animals we care for. It's amazing what can be accomplished with a dedicated team of volunteers who are committed to making a difference.

We cannot express our gratitude enough for the time and resources that LGI Homes invested in our organization. Their contribution will have a lasting impact on the animals at Rescue Ranch, as well as the thousands of visitors who come to experience our nature trails and fully inclusive playground.

Thank you, LGI Homes, for your incredible support and for being a shining example of what can be achieved when people come together for a common cause. Your hard work and dedication will not be forgotten, and we are excited to see the continued impact that your team will make in the future.
