Celebrate International Women's Day - 2024!

Amazing women, doing amazing things!

As we pause to celebrate International Women's Day 2024, we would like to take a moment to highlight many of the women who help make Rescue Ranch the organization it is today.

Did you know 77% of the team members and 74% of the active volunteers at Rescue Ranch are women?

The skill sets and backgrounds that these amazing women bring to our organization are so diverse.  Each and every one who has found Rescue Ranch along their path bring a unique strength to the team.  We have both volunteers and staff who are strong leaders in animal welfare and animal education, marketing, construction, yoga instructors, landscaping, nursing, not to mention community outreach, leadership development and much more.

From our founder to our occasional volunteer, the strength and passion these women provide to Rescue Ranch has a significant impact on the ability to meet the needs we serve within our community.

You can read more about the individual women (and the awesome men) on the team here.  Or better than that - you can meet many of them at the Ranch, through one of our education programs, or by scheduling a tour or a visit!

We hope you take a few minutes to celebrate the fabulous women in your lives today, and every day!
