Rescue Ranch is excited to announce that Maureen Moore has joined the team as the new Director of Community Relations, Partnerships, and Development.

In her role, she will lead efforts in establishing and maintaining existing relations with individuals, local businesses, and other organizations while also creating new partnerships. Maureen's past work experiences included a variety of roles in sales, marketing, and communications.  She also served as an educator and school administrator for several years in the states of Massachusetts, New York, Florida and North Carolina.  Moore most recently worked at EnergyUnited as Corporate Communications Manager for nearly a decade, developing relationships with businesses and organizations in Statesville and surrounding regions throughout the state. She also managed several community outreach and scholarship programs supporting children and educators.

Maureen is excited to be part of the Rescue Ranch team and helping them in their efforts to continue to provide animal rescue to a diverse range of indoor and outdoor animals and to offer education programs to students and businesses, both local and afar.  Maureen is excited about the growth opportunities for the Ranch and working with the community to promote compassion for all animals through rescue and education.

Maureen serves as president for the Rotary Club of Greater Statesville and is on the board for United Way of Iredell, Crosby Scholars and the Executive Women of Lake Norman.  Maureen enjoys traveling, baking and attending musicals, live theatre and Broadway shows.
